You will receive a notification of your tracking number when your order is shipped and can use this to track the progress of your order. If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact Australia Post directly via the link so they can investigate for you.
Handling Times
Typically we will ship your items the same business day, with a maximum of 1-2 weekdays handling to allow for any delays.
Please note, selecting Express Post does not guarantee that your item will be sent out any faster. This only speeds up the delivery time with Australia Post and not the handling time. We do aim to prioritise Express Post orders and try and get these out on the same day when possible.
Cut Off Times
We currently have a pick up with Australia Post around 1pm each day. Orders placed and / or paid before this time will, in most cases, be sent out the same day. Otherwise it will be sent the next business day. If you require an item urgently, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request.
Shipping Times
Depending on where you live, we find that Australia Post delivery times are the best in the industry and the most reliable. Below are their standard shipping times:
Regular Post - 2-9 Business Days
Express Post - 1-3 Business Days

Click and Collect
We do not offer Click and Collect as our business is solely online. We only have a warehouse which is not staffed ordinarily.
Third Party Fulfilment
Out of all our products, at least 95% of them are stocked in our warehouse in Sydney. However, for some bulky items or for more costly items, these are drop shipped directly from the supplier. Most of these warehouses are on the East Coast, and they too use Australia Post. You will receive tracking information for these items directly from the suppliers.
